While everyone else is watching scary movies on Netflix, we’re taking a more traditional approach to getting the hairs on our arms to stand up on end. From golems and demons to magic and the afterlife, The Well’s Rabbi Jeff will share some spooky stories right from the pages of Judaism’s ancient texts. Meet us on Zoom for a short Kabbalat Shabbat service before our creepy cocktail hour where Rabbi Jeff will show us how to whip up some seasonal beverages while he tells a few frightening tales.
For this event, we’ll be learning through three different cocktails. Make one, two or all three! Two of the three drinks will have nonalcoholic options. Note that these recipes make enough for two drinks. Here’s what you’ll need:

2 tbsp sugar*
2 ounces of vodka

*These ingredients will also require a saucepan and a stovetop
