#Reflect4Rosh, our annual introspection and gratitude campaign leading up to the High Holidays, is BACK for 2020/5780, and it's bigger and better than ever before!
Beginning on Tisha B'Av, the saddest day of the year, we embark on a 7-week spiritual journey to Rosh Hashanah, where we celebrate the beginnings of a new year.
Over the next 7 weeks we will be following the 7 Jewish mystical qualities that the Jewish calendar pays attention to when we count the Omer - but backwards and leading up to Rosh Hashanah. These 7 kabbalistic qualities will inspire us to think more deeply about how we connect with things like art, food, our families, our friends, neighbors, and ourselves.
We may share an introspective question for you to answer, or a recipe, a snippet of Jewish learning, a social justice cause we're passionate about, or just something fun! Each day will offer you a new way to engage, reflect on the theme, and connect with those around you. You can find the daily posts in our Instagram Story, and each week will be saved to it’s own Highlight as well.
When we have additional links or resources to share, you’ll find them through the boxes for each week below. Each week’s box will also contain the #Reflect4Rosh4Kids packet for that week, filled with family-friendly ideas for crafts, recipes, and activities parents can enjoy with their kiddos while connecting to this moment in Jewish time.
